Returns and Exchanges

We all make mistakes and mistakes.
We all have regrets.
For these cases we have a 14-day return and exchange policy. Make sure the products have not been used, washed or altered.

Returns

All returns within the Portuguese territory are free. To request a return just follow the steps below:

SEND US AN E-MAIL: write to info@txirte.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please also tell us the reason for your return.

PREPARE THE PRODUCT (S): Pack the product (s) securely in a suitable packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. Seal it correctly and send it to us via CTT.

OUTSIDE PORTUGAL: Unfortunately we are not yet in a position to not charge for these cases. Therefore, you must return the package securely and ensure that it reaches us in suitable conditions, at your cost.

Once received, verified and approved the return, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 8 working days.

Exchages

All exchanges within the Portuguese territory are free. Please follow the same procedures as Returns.

Please make sure you tell us which product you want to exchange and to what size. Although all exchanges are based on stock availability, if for some reason we don't have your new item in stock, we promise to have it soon. As soon as your package is received, verified and approved, the new product will be sent to you and you will receive an email confirming the shipment.

OUTSIDE THE PORTUGUESE TERRITORY: if the mistake or mistake was ours, the exchange will be completely free. If this is not the case, you must send the package to us by secure means, at your cost. Once received, verified and approved, the new product will be sent to your address at the cost of a new order.
